Food assignment--a virtual hell's kitchen.

Got my first assignment. I have been given a top secret list, by a top secret chef and agent of mine, code named Cilla. I suspect my agent is passing information to my competitors in a binder of 25 simple looking recipes. It starts with a recipe for a baguette and ends with San Francisco sourdough. Hidden within these recipes is the key to a one time pad intercepted in Piedmont park. What information is my agent handing over to my competitors?
Operation "menu recovery" is in full effect. Through, intercepted communications, I know only this. Somehow, the key is associated with the cost per recipe. The agent gets his "ingredients" through http://www.usfoodservice.com/default.htm. I have to break into their systems to find out the cost per unit for each "ingredient" on my "menu". The final cost of the recipes equal the key to the agents one time pad. How do I get inside?
